TestimonialsI was late to a meeting at San Ysidro High School in San Diego, CA. It is located about a mile and a half from the border with Mexico. I drove around San Ysidro, a community of the City of San Diego looking for the proper street. Not finding it, I stopped on a street of small stores and asked if anyone knew where the high school was. I received blank stares because none of those in the shops or on the sidewalk spoke English. I thought perhaps I had inadvertently crossed the border! No, I was still in the U.S. but for all intents I was in a foreign country. My wife stopped shopping in many stores in the neighboring city of Chula Vista, because clerks don't speak English or ignore her because she is not Mexican. M.W., California
